New character: Kulta, the Sun Paladin

Kulta is a Sun Paladin, an Armor class which continuously regenerates the HP of allies in their attack range by 25% of their own Atk per second.

Compared to Kertu, a Shieldguard, he has drastically lower Def and HP, but this is made up for by his innate healing aura which lets him shrug off damage; however, he is overwhelmed much more easily by large numbers of enemies that can overtake his healing with rapid attacks. Offensively, he has slightly higher Atk and a much faster attack interval, although his DPS is still poor compared to Fighters such as Lalli and Meri (10 vs. Lalli's 20). His primary value lies in his ability to supplement his allies' natural healing, allowing for safety during aggressive plays.

Kulta's passive, Shield of Light, grants him a barrier that blocks a single attack and recharges 10 seconds after breaking; when the barrier is broken, all allies in Kulta's range are immediately healed for Kulta's own Atk. Kulta's active, Weapon of Light, immediately recharges his barrier and doubles his Atk stat, increasing both his damage and healing potential. He is best kept in direct engagement with enemies, where he can continuously tank attacks and convert them into healing for his allies.

I also rebalanced Magic damage a bit more after graphing out its performance vs. Physical damage and finding that the new numbers aren't quite as much better at penetrating high Defense as I'd like, and also that in general I was not justified penalising its raw DPS to the extent I was. It now ignores 2/3 of Def, which is still less than the 75% it did to begin with, but more than the 50% I'd changed it to. Most serendipitously, this just so happens to land Meri and Antero's DPS right where I want both of them to be now with my new standards, so neither of their stats will be changed!
